Here’s a cute little short I found on YouTube. Two brothers in what appears to be ancient China are trying to catch a fox. However, this fox is a sly little fox…and she has access to a magic pool. Hilarity ensues. And by “hilarity” I mean a martial arts fistfight between an Earthbender and a lighting elemental.
I don’t know if this is based on an actual story. I did find history of making it, but otherwise that’s all I found.
A short film created by four students at Supinfocom Arles, an art school in France, the film was made in 2011. There’s no “making of” video that I know of, but from their description here is a list of the people who worked on it and what they did, plus links to their blogs on making it where I could find them.

That beautiful Chinese woman is such a fox….no, really she is a fox! She’s a shape shifter who can change form from fox to human woman and vice versa. I’m not trying to be a creep! Happy Chinese New Year to everybody! (today is actually Chinese Lunar New Year…we are now in the Year of the Rooster).
