No Friday Night Fight tonight. I had to work today, and I’m sick. So by the time I got to the computer it was too late to get in. I’ll make up for it next week, but please check out Round 7 for more sound effect punching goodness.
At least this gives me an opening to share a bit of good news from the man known as Hube. Hube is, or at least was as I haven’t followed it in a while, a contributor to Advanced Iron, a fansite, newsletter, and forum dedicated to Iron Man. His current claim to net fame, however, is The Colossus of Rhodey (names for James Rhodes), a political blog. He’s also nice enough to link to this site, which means once I have the blogroll rolling (more on that tomorrow, if I can get out of bed) I’ll return the favor. He does bring up entertainment stuff now and then. He’s also part of Delaware Talk Radio, which is where this post comes in.
I received an e-mail this week from Hube informing me that he will be interviewing David Micheline, former and occasional writer for Marvel, mostly responsible (along with partner in crimefighting Bob Layton) for making Iron Man awesome. The team recently Iron Man: The End, which I reviewed here at the Spotlight. (I really should consider fixing the formatting. Things came out weird there.) The interview will be during the 10:30 am timeslot (ET), and Hube will let me know if it’s archived for those of us who will be at work at the time. Way to go, Hube!
