At least that’s what the description of the video I originally posted says. This was actually sent to networks to promote Batgirl’s addition to the 60s Batman show. Also interesting is their version of Killer Moth, an actual villian in the Batman “wing” of the DC Universe. Could have worked for Friday Night Fights–Ka-Pow!, couldn’t it?
