At last check (about a minute ago as I write this), still only two votes on turning the Pull List monthly, and they all say it’s my site. Fun fact: I do these on Wednesdays currently, and April 1st is a Wednesday, so the first monthly List would be the same day as usual. That’s convenient. So barring last minute voting in the next two weeks, the reviews will still happen every Sunday, but the Pull List would be on the first of the month (unless it’s a Sunday).

But in the (potentially) final days of the weekly list, what are they telling me is coming? Well for some odd reason, ComiXology is telling me that The Greatest American Hero #2 is coming out. I thought it already did? It does say that it’s unconfirmed, so I have no clue at this point. However, there are four more on the list, and two are Marvel Adventures. (No Avengers, but you never know. Lately, I’ve had to get back-issues to meet my 3 comic minimum when things don’t show up.) So here’s what’s allegedly on the way…

Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #49 [Marvel]

Written by MARC SUMERAK  Penciled by SANFORD GREENE  Cover by FRANCIS TSAI

From what I can tell from the previews, Flash Thompson is supposed to be a video game wizard, and that figures into the plot. Now here I was thinking we could get a MA version of Video Man, who did cameo in the Spider-Man Family team-up with his old TV pals Iceman and Firestar. Instead it looks like Flash will be hardwired to the computer, stomp around New York, and think he’s just playing a video game. Still could be fun, but I want a MA Video Man in the future, Marvel Adventures!

Marvel Adventures: Super Heroes #9 [Marvel]

Written by PAUL TOBIN  Penciled by JACOPO CAMAGNI  Cover by ROGER CRUZ

Normally, I’d pass on a Doctor Strange story, but the Spidey team-up was fun, and Paul Tobin’s here. Tobin’s Strange is a lot more fun than any of the other versions. And this issue of the MA anthology title we have Stephen teaming up with…Foggy Nelson? Yep, Doc’s going to need help sorting through a contract with Dormammu that makes the IRS tax code look like the rules for Chess. Curiosity alone will have me buying this.

Super Human Resources #1 [Ape Entertainment]

Cover By: Justin Bleep   By: Justin Bleep & Ken Marcus

A comic that sounds like Dilbert meets the Avengers sounds interesting. I think I had this in an earlier Pull List, so hopefully this time they come in. There are previews at ComiXology and it looks like a lot of fun. Perhaps we shall see.

Transformers: All Hail Megatron #8 [IDW]

Written by Shane McCarty, art by Guido Guidi, covers by Trevor Hutchison and Casey Coller

The traitor stands revealed. Will my theories pan out? Will we ever get back to Earth and see what the humans are doing about Megatron’s conquest? Someone’s going offline permanently, or so we’re told. Guess we’re getting some serious action in our lighthearted tales and parody.

So now the question is which ones Diamond delivers on come Sunday. (Or tomorrow when I go to get them. Checking Diamond’s listings, they’re all there, except for Greatest American Hero #2. Someday. Someday.
