In honor of the movie I shall be attending this weekend, which means dodging spoilers for the next few days in the Transformers newsgroup. In the meantime, it’s time to see what I caught in the RSS feeds before they got pushed out.
- Ok, not from RSS feeds, but Siskoid’s Blog of Geekery(which actually is in my RSS feed sidebar) pointed out a rather humorous look at Cap’s return at Living Between Wednesdays.
- Newsarama reports on the DC Nation panel at Heroes Con. Nothing new or interesting reported. 😦
- Entertainment Legends Revealed has a new section for picture book legends. Where’s Waldo actually has a controversial moment, and both the origin of Where the Wild Things Are and the true location of Madeline are also interesting.
- Danny Bilson, producer of the TV version of the Flash (subject of a Saturday Night Theater Showcase entry here at the Spotlight) has some interesting ideas for video game company THQ.
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen not only pushed the release date of Harry Potter’s next film to a new spot, but now they’ve stolen it’s record. Go Autobots!
- Speaking of Transformers, G4’s Attack of the Show has a humorous meeting with Optmus Prime and Megatron in “The Loop”.
- Titmouse Animation (snicker) has a contest open to budding animators.
- As if I don’t spend enough time online as it is with this blog, The Anime Network will be airing anime online.
- Starz Media will also be airing cartoons over the net with an contest of their own.
- Ed Liu at Toon Zone’s blog section discussed what he calls the “Chico Marx effect“.
- Pixar does a big favor to a sick girl. This is just too awesome.
It’s also a good one to go out on. See y0u in the pictures.

No spoilers, but all I can say is… DON’T DO IT!

I kind of have to. Remember, when it comes to Transformers, I’m a sheep. Kind of like you sitting through all those Star Treks. 🙂 Besides, it’s not like I’m going and expecting anything higher than a SFX movie. It’s Hollywood, it’s Michael Bay, and neither of them know how to care properly for someone else’s IP. (ex: any video game movie. Ever. Well, maybe the first Mortal Kombat, but I hate that game.)
