Medical Hiatus Update! (and Christmas request)

Hey, folks. First time I’ve been on since I’ve been sick. I’ll spare you the boring details unless you ask. Point is, I’m almost back. Tomorrow I’ll return to my paying job. As far as the Spotlight goes, I’ll probably take this week off to get caught up on all the stuff I couldn’t get done the past few days. That probably means no “Best of Friday Night Fights” this tournament, but when I return in full next week, I’ll post the Friday Night Fight that I would have posted for Round 12 of Feet of Fury had I not taken ill. (Sadly, I’ll never know if it was truly worth sitting on, but I’m convinced I was saving the best for last.)

I do have something of a request, though. You may recall last year I did a “Christmas Spotlight” series for Christmas, because I’m all about the Yule, baby! Well, between this setback, the addition of working on my art style, decorating and shopping for Christmas, and a last-minute idea for this year’s “25 posts of Christmas”, I could use some help finding some good Christmas stuff for this year’s edition. If you want an idea of what I’m looking for, just look at last year’s stuff by clicking on the “Christmas Spotlight” category in the sidebar. I could use new versions of dead links there, as well as other awesome Christmas songs and specials.

If you know of some good Christmas music videos, movies, websites or shows that capture the true spirit of Christmas or Christmas-focused websites (or if your website is doing something BW-worthy for Christmastime), hit my Contact page and send me a link if you would. I’ll try to work it into my Christmas posting. Next year I’d really like to start a second blog just for Christmas, but we’ll see what time allows.
