One would think shrinking Kryptonians and leaving them in a glass box in a light-less cell can’t end well. Kal-El, there’s a reason that the Phantom Zone exists, and not to be “cruel and unusual punishment” (although I’ll give you the “unusual” part). Naturally, this is just an excuse for the writer to come up with a story where Superman fights bad guys the size of action figures with all his powers. Who can fault that?
Spacebooger was shrunk to the size of an action figure once. It was surprisingly uneventful.

Round 5 of 12
The Battlefield: Superman Adventures #7 (DC Comics, May, 1997)
The Promoters: Scott McCloud (writer), Rick Burchett (penciler), Terry Austin(inker), Lois Buhalis (letterer) and Marie Severin (colorist)
When Intergang tries to break out some of their gang from the same prison Jax-Ur and Mara are being held in, part of the wall in their cell is destroyed, and lets the sunshine in.
Luckily, one big Superman should trump two shrunken villains, right?
OK, so maybe Superman has the advantage of experience.

"I sure could use a cute cousin with my powers to back me up."
I thought I was going to stop doing that. So our Kryptonian criminals escape, but not without dropping the most fierce weapon possible on Kal-El.
Dan Turpin’s backside.
And unless YOU want to feel the power of Dan Turpin’s backside, I suggest voting for your favorite victorious villain right now!
