FNF: Bad Boys> Shockwave Victorious

There are actually two potential fights I could have used from this comic, and I might break out the other one if I run out of ideas before the finale. As a matter of fact, until I found my new Round 12, this was going to be the finale. Since I found a better tournament ender, I’m putting this one here.

Yep, it’s a villain versus villain battle, but since both are totally evil, you’d be rooting for both competitors to lose. However, one must win, and it will be a villain, so it’s totally in.

Hey Spacebooger! Look who’s back!

Because you can’t escape the biggest evil badass in comics! You can have your Doctor Dooms and your Lex Luthors. Nobody beats Shockwave, Decepticon Commander Supreme! (Actually, this is the comic that comes from. FYI.)

In my very first “Friday Night Fight” I chronicled how Megatron was trashed and Shockwave ended up in charge. Well, Megatron doesn’t take too happily to losing control of the movement that he created (at least in the Marvel TFU), so he decided that, even though he isn’t back to full strength, it was time to take back command.

Shockwave earns his frequent flier miles.

Get used to clicking full pages. I can’t do this battle justice any other way. At least Shocky had a soft landing.

Well, soft for Shockwave. Knowing that it will take more than that, Megatron pursues his quarry. Which leads to either a misplaced word bubble…

Now what did that sign ever do to you?

"Did you say you were thirsty, Megatron?"

That’s about to change. Remember how Megatron wasn’t fully repaired yet? Well, water and circuits used to being in a properly sealed shell don’t mix.

"Unless you want that to be your hearing aid, Margie, move!"

And this is a few hours after trashing a civilian military rivaling the government’s version. Who is more suited to lead the Decepticons than Shockwave?

Yeah, that’s was my finisher. Kind of makes you wonder what I’m going with now, eh? Well, that’s still some rounds away.
