FNF: Bad Boys> Darth Vader Victorious (remix)

Two apologies needed here. One is being late, but I forgot something important I had to do today and rush around crazy to get it done. The other is that I’m planning to mess with some of the new themes this weekend, so if you see the format change while reading posts, your not going insane–or at least that isn’t the proof. 😀

Now then, back in Round 6 I started scanning tonight’s fight, and decided that this would make a better Round 12 fight. So I took the originally planned 12th Round and switched places…only to have Crisis on Earth Prime do the exact same fight I switched to Round 12!

However, after thinking about it a bit and realizing I didn’t have anything bigger, this is also a different take on the Vader/Kenobi fight from the original Star Wars movie. Gary’s version was based on an early script, while the manga version is based on the final film. And, you know, Japanese. Translated into English and panel-flipped by Dark Horse, I personally think that this a more exciting take on the same fight, using a more samurai-style battle (not surprising, as samurai movies were one of George Lucas’ muses when coming up with the movie).

So Spacebooger may consider this fight a remix, and one so amazing that I’m not even going to comment on the fight. I’ll just let the art speak for itself. Some of the panels can be clicked on to be bigger, and some I put as a two-page spread to really show off the visuals. Enjoy!
