The fights are back, and there are no planned interruptions as far as I know. And it’s time for the obligatory Shockwave posting…oh, wait, I’ve just been handed a note. Oh, it’s actually from Shockwave.
Attention, fleshling I am currently engaged in important research and will not be able to partake of this tournament. So do not bother me, or you will be vaporized. Shockwave Decepticon Commander Supreme (or logically I should be)
Hmm. Considering what happened the last time he engaged in research, Spacebooger better run and hide now. As for me, we still have the mini-comic, so I’ll grab one that I hadn’t planned to be able to use, and spare the good ones for a more fitting tourney.
Round 6 of 12
I’m considering dropping the sprite rips for the second half of the tournament and going with a different theme. I can’t wait to get back to a static logo, but this is too much fun for a game where you can’t use the same character twice. Why not avoid using the same banner twice? 🙂
The Battlefield: Transformers: Energon Vol. 3 (pack in comic by IDW for the Energon toyline.)
The Promoters: I couldn’t tell you, while some of the early Armada mini-comics had credits, later comics, including this one, didn’t.
Anyway, Sharkticon and Slugslinger have snuck into an Autobot energon processing facility.

They plan to sabotage the station, but anyone whose watched an internet movie review lately knows what happens next.
What? The line’s in there.

It's Bulkhead and...a toy an Autobot I haven't seen before!
So Bulkhead and Towline (who I like to call “Headline”, and any Transfan can probably guess why, and in my version he’s an embedded journalist) have the two outnumbered (with baby Bulkhead’s drone unit making three), so it’s time to call in back up.

"Not if you bash my memory core in first."
Too bad the Autobots had the same idea. Sorry, Mirage, but you get Energon Omega Supreme! At least Sharkticon had the right idea…make a run for it!

That's Towline talking off panel, not Omega's chest.
And this is why Megatron doesn’t hire Decepticons who get “ideas”. (Except how to overthrow him.)
Oh, another message just came in from Shockwave.
Attention, meathing! Did you seriously just use that 2nd rate knockoff Shockblast in this entry? He doesn't have the core processor to shine my footpads! I seldom deal with petty revenge, and you have been fair to me in the past, but if you want a proper place when I finally rule this pathetic asteroid you flesh creatures call a planet, I suggest avoiding his use in the future. Shockwave Decepticon Commander Supreme (you will function for me and me alone)
Luckily, this was Shockblast’s only comic appearance. You can read the comic itself, and the other mini-comics, by checking out this site. They’ll sadly be ignored in any collection trade.
