I think that’s Captain Jack.
To be honest, I could hear him to well in that area. It was near the ballroom where all the big events and concerts took place. He said something about obscure character, and he may have just said he was Jack to get me to stop asking if he was. I do know there was at least one other that I’m positive was in fact Jack.
