In part five of “The Hammer”, the Phantom must get past the group’s tough guy, and steal a helicopter to catch up with the guys who have the detonation trigger. In the Domino Lady story “Death Sentence”, the titular heroine tries to help a stuntman she’s crushing on get his father out of prison before the KGB come after him, too.

What they got right: The Phantom story and art continue to be as action packed as the others, with decent cliffhanger. The art isn’t as good in the Domino Lady story, but it’s still pretty good.

What they got wrong: In the first panel were we see Domino Lady and her friend, Lulu, I think they switched the word balloons around. Also I feel like this story could have used a couple more pages, as it seems rushed and I’m not sure her solution would have actually worked.

Recommendation: The comic continues to be a decent enough to show off Moonstone’s other offering for those of us who came in for the departing Phantom comic. If you haven’t been picking up the series, do so now or take the chance that they may not have a trade coming since they’re losing the Phantom license.

"For one thing, I've never seen a horse crash a helicopter."
