Avengers Vs. Pet Avengers #4

FINAL ISSUE

WRITER: Chris Elipoulos
ARTIST: Ig Guara
COLORISTS: Chris Sotomayor & J. Roberts
LETTERER/PRODUCTION: Joe Sabino
EDITORS: Nathan Cosby, Michael Horwitz, & Jordan D. White
THREE EDITORS? SERIOUSLY?

When the dragons reveal why they want to ingest their eggs, the Pet Avengers are back on their side, but soon the Avengers and Pet Avengers settle their differences, as do Lockheed and the Pets. Not much else to say.

What they got right: The art is still top class, and the story ends satisfactory enough.

What they got wrong: This last issue felt a bit short. Actually, I got through it rather quick, as if there was too much for three issues or they had to pad out to four (probably for the trade, if I know current Marvel mindsets).

Recommendation: This was a good Pet Avengers mini-series, but I still want to see an ongoing series.
