You know what I like about Freddie Wong and his team? They provide great filler videos for when, say, you’re having trouble staying asleep for whatever reason and you’re too tired in the morning to come up with a decent article. This does show how far they’ve come, though, since they were approached by Jon Favreau do make a video in honor of his upcoming movie Cowboys & Aliens. I don’t know if they got paid to make the video, but they did get to play on the actual backlot for the movie, play with the actual alien gun prop, and get Favreau to take part in the video. That’s got to be worth something to a bunch of guys who make what passes for big bucks from YouTube (and now Blip, but YouTube is easier to embed) by playing around and having fun. I envy them.
