Here at the Spotlight I’ve covered previous uses of video games to propose marriage. Well, here’s another one and it features one of my favorite games, if not my all time favorite, Portal. Now, they could have just gotten Cave Johnson to propose but Gary Hudston, husband to be, decided to get a group together to create two original Portal levels and create something that just may be the most clever video game proposal ever!
Sadly, this is lacking something the other videos had; there’s no companion video showing how the fiance reacted to the proposal, just some text at the end that she said yes! Still, congratulations to Gary and Stephanie and here’s hoping the portal between them never closes.
