Didn’t get to write tonight’s article, so let’s have one last bit of Christmas as author Ace Collins tells the origin of the Christmas tree.
Interestingly, I saw a special on TV where some guy in England or somewhere decided to hang a tree upside down and didn’t know why. I wonder if he’s heard this part of the tree origin? Also, Norse mythology has Midgard (where we hang out) being connected to a tree so I wonder if that played a part in the original concept?
