All-New Batman: The Brave & The Bold #16
FINAL ISSUE
DC Comics (April, 2012)
“Love At First Mite” WRITER: Sholly Fisch PENCILER: Rick Burchett INKER: Dan Davis COLORIST: Guy Major LETTERER: Dezi Sienty ASSISTANT EDITOR: Sarah Gaydos EDITOR: Jim Chadwick COVER: Rick Burchett, Dan Davis, & Heroic Age
Bat-Mite interrupts when Mad Mod attempts to steal some of Batman’s specialty suits. That’s quickly forgotten when he falls for Batgirl and attempts to woo her. It’s going to be a long Valentine’s Day.
What they got right: Bat-Mite ended the TV series, so he might as well end the comic spin-off. It’s typical Bat-Mite as portrayed by this series.
What they got wrong: When the TV series ended it was a huge love-letter to the series and its fans. This is just another issue, with a one-page goodbye at the end. It doesn’t have the same tone.
Recommendation: I’m going to miss this series both as a cartoon and a comic. Hopefully the new version of Batman that Cartoon Network is working on will still be good, but only time will tell. If you like fun Batman stories, you should look into both versions of this comic. (The pre-All-New stuff. I recommend the Landry Walker/Eric Jones run most highly.)

He thinks THIS is bad, he should see what they're doing in the New 52.

I am sad to see this title go, as I was hoping for the Global Guardians to show up.
