My RU boss, Ozzie Arcane, is a fan of supervillains. However I don’t think he’d cheer on The 6 Most Pointless Supervillain Schemes Ever Hatched. From the convoluted to the poorly thought out to the just plain silly, I think Dark Helmet was wrong about the good guys being the dumb ones.
