I had to say something about the internet’s latest controversy, right? Oh, I’m sure there are some girls who do it for the attention, but really who ISN’T cosplaying to get a little attention. I have yet to have a cosplayer ask me not to film or take pictures of them. A few dealers and regular folks, but not the people in costume. However, there are no hot girls who are geeks? Really? Can we stop pretending attractive people can’t enjoy fun stuff? Please? We’re stereotyping “us” as much as “them” when you say stupid things like that.
