Prowl is heavily damaged, but the real bad news is that Megatron is back. Needlenose convinces the Autobots not to finish blasting him to pieces, but this causes other Decepticons to start a revolt to rescue him. Arcee recruits Blurr’s bar patrons, which include other Decepticons who aren’t part of the revolt, and Prowl makes a Best Scene-worthy comeback.
I’m not really sure how I feel about this issue. I’m not sure we ever needed to see Megatron come back, and it really changes the nature of this comic. On the other hand I did want to see the war story but we’re close to forcing that. Megatron is a variable that will either break this comic apart or improve it. So I actually can’t give a recommendation one way or the other until I see how things play out in the next few issues.
