So why do I have a picture of the back of some kid’s head? That head is a nine-year old version of the artist, Dave Trippe. I’m using it because I don’t want to spoil the amazing piece of artwork clicking on the picture will bring you to. “You’ll Be Safe Here” is the biggest understatement this kid will ever here, as the place is filled with tons of fiction’s greatest heroes, most superheroes but a few heroes of magic and outer space. In fact every time I look at this picture I see somebody new, some obscure and some I can’t identify but most some of fiction’s finest.
My personal favorites are the choice for Green Lantern, The Iron Giant, the classic suit Superman, and where they’re all hanging out. Twitter saw me gush all over this thing yesterday so click on the back of the kid’s head and enter the safest place in the multiverse. And don’t forget to check the description. He has links to a character guide, process video, and a wallpaper so you can use it as your desktop background. Like I did. You can even order a print, but I sadly haven’t the money to spare. I’m also not sure where I’d hang it but for a piece this awesome I’d darn well find a space!
