Sonic The Hedgehog #250

I wonder how he’ll pull that off for issue #1150?

Sonic The Hedgehog #250

“When Worlds Collide” part 9: “All-Out War”
WRITER: Ian Flynn
PENCILER: Ben Bates
INKER: Gary Martin
COLORIST: Matt Herms
COVER ART: Patrick “Spaz” Spaziante & Ben Hunzeker
LETTERER: John Workman
ASSISTANT EDITOR: Vincent Lovallo
EDITOR: Paul Kaminski

{continued from Sonic Universe #53) Sonic, Mega Man, Rush, Proto Man, Vector, Charmy, Espio, Amy, Silver, Blaze, Knuckles, Shadow, and Omega could be an army themselves, but they’re facing every Robot Master Mega Man has ever fought! And since this story would take place after the latest Mega Man game that’s a LOT of Robot Masters! On board the Wily Egg, Eggman realizes just what kind of threat Doctor Light actually is…and drops him from the flying fortress! (continues in Mega Man #27)

What they got right: Another all-out battle. These would get old if they didn’t find new ways to keep it fresh–and they weren’t so darn amazing!

What they got wrong: This makes all three titles involved in the crossover that had a milestone DURING the crossover. It might have been better to wait until after that. As for the story itself, Omega is just pulled in out of nowhere and sloppy exposition has to be dropped in to explain why he’s there.

Recommendation: We’re in the final stretch of the “Worlds Collide” crossover but it’s something you should go back and start checking out. It’s been a good ride thus far and I’m really hoping the ending continues that trend.

When you can't pick just one fight moment, go for the funny one.
