I see this ending very badly.

Herobear and Tyler/The Kid take on the robot…well, mostly Herobear as The Kid just distracts the crowd. When Herobear returns to toy form he leaves behind a blank piece of paper…except for Tyler’s name. As for the robot’s master, he looks quite similar to the guy Henry writes about in his diary in the epilogues.
What they got right: Ah, the mystery deepens. How can Tyler access things only his grandfather could before? What secret history is there for Herobear? It doesn’t talk down to kids but speaks at their level and I love that. Plus, it’s just so darn fun.
What they got wrong: No, can’t think of anything.
Recommendation: Every kid and kid-at-heart should have this comic.
