This one isn’t really about storytelling but “5 Beliefs About Surviving A Disaster (That Can Kill You)” does owe some blame to movies as they’ve taught us the wrong thing. Sometimes instinct is more dangerous than common sense and sometimes it isn’t. In an emergency, your ego can be your end. Give this a read before you end up in the zombie apocalypse in Antarctica or wherever.
