To be honest, I’m surprised it took them this long. Once IDW had both Transformers and G.I. Joe under their thumb you knew a crossover would be coming. Marvel did it. Dreamwave and Devil’s Due did it and DD did so well I’m surprised they didn’t get the license when Dreamwave fell. Newsarama’s Zack Smith has an interview with Tom Scioli, co-writer of the upcoming IDW crossover.
Now we need to pressure IDW to make a My Little Pony crossover. Come on, would My Little Transformer really make less sense than the “Infestation” crossovers?
