Folks, as I write this on Wednesday night they’re predicting 6 to 10 inches of snow…that I’m going to be shoveling myself while my dad is still laid up. Hopefully my neighbors help again like they did last snowfall but they have their own driveways and stairs to shovel so I’m not counting on it although it could happen. Therefore, I’m posting a Filler Video early as the Extra Credits crew look at the aging of nostalgia..and how media, especially their wheelhouse of video games, could grow it up without darkening it up, at least as much as it does.
Personally, my problem isn’t having heroes “grow with us” as much as it is leaving the next generation of kids needing those heroes in a mudpit while going “mine…mine….mine….”.
