This is the second photo I got of the two.
For some reason this is the cosplay that surprised me the most and I don’t know why. I think they’re old enough to have seen Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi and for all I know Puffy is still performing. (Actually, considering how little I follow Japanese pop music Pink Lady could still be together and they were barely before my time.) And yet for some reason I expected this less than the original model Cyberman I didn’t get to take a picture of.
But it’s a good depiction of the group’s US animated counterparts. Yumi (on right) is properly punk and Ami is cute beyond cute.
(For the record I favored Ami.)
