Nick Furies

Whenever something new happens to long-running fiction, say a change of the Doctor on Doctor Who, panic sets in and people don’t like it. Sometimes, they should simply wait and see if the change works. However, there are times when the change can ruin a character, like Marvel did recently with both Nick Fury and Dum Dum Dugan in Original Sin. Is change good? Is change for change’s sake good? Is change for shock value over long standing fanbases good? Network Next‘s Chris G (not the G-Man creator) discusses the difference between good and bad change.
