Maurice LaMarche has played some popular characters. The example popping into my head is Egon Spangler in The Real Ghostbusters and Extreme Ghostbusters. Rob Paulsen played Raphael (a bit more snark and less rage than the original comic) in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and Donatello in the new Nickelodeon version. At the 2014 ConnectiCon press junket, the two discussed their careers including the two characters from the show they’re lately most known for: Pinky And The Brain!
And before anyone asks, this is the convention Doug did this bit (linked due to much cursing) during his The Purge review, which is why nobody asked him about it during the junket. Or the first questioner probably would have. 😀 (Speaking of which I will get to ask a question to someone eventually.)
