This edition of BW Supports isn’t something that requires financial backing. Instead it’s connecting cool things together.
On a recent episode of The Tonight Show new host Jimmy Fallon showed off a series of board games that really aren’t very good for one reason or another. At the end he encouraged viewers to suggest bad board games to bring on the show and make fun of. Enter Noah Antwiler, aka “The Spoony One”. A spinoff of his regular The Spoony Experiment is The Black Hole Of Gaming, a hilarious examination of board games…except his included interactive VHS tapes. (Remember those?) Yesterday, Spoony put out a request for a campaign to bring the Black Hole to the Tonight Show. What follows is the “Do Not Game” bit from The Tonight Show, followed by Spoony’s call and the first episode of his series.
And when Spoony heard of this he put out his call to his many fans.
All of the clips in this intro come from VCR game videos. Also note that Spoony does tend to swear a bit. I’m assuming he won’t if he goes on TV.
If you think Spoony’s VCR games would work on Jimmy Fallon’s show, let them know. Both of the first two videos have the contact information.
