I'd say merging art styles will lose me readers, but I don't know if anybody reads these or not.

Why do Christmas elves not look like the elves of folklore? Compare the reindeer in Christmas drawings to the real animal. Haven’t you ever wondered that?

Also, we have a cameo from Bryce. This year’s Captain Yuletide includes his origin story. Working on that and this year’s Christmas Video Review, plus finding a job is taking up a lot of time. This week’s Clutter Report is a repost of the Free Comic Inside review from this week, featuring He-Man And The Insect People.

Nothing to add here, except to wish me luck on the job interview next week. It might take me away from BW projects, but I literally can’t pay any of my mounting bills right now. Priorities, people. That also means I still can’t buy new comics, so this week we’re looking at the first miniseries featuring GI Joe. Extreme. Yes, Dark Horse published a miniseries and an attempted ongoing GI Joe Extreme comic. We’ll look at the first one this week, but I’ll ease you in with a different comic in order to get a full week. If you don’t know what this version was about, our old pal TJOmega has you covered. Watch it and weep, kids. So what we’ll be asking with these two adventures is whether or not the comic was better than the cartoon.
