Wait until she's introduced to Peeps.

Wait until she’s introduced to Peeps.

I’m surprised it took this long for Fizzbin to see a headless chocolate bunny. She and Beth hang out often enough. In other Easter news, The Clutter Reports continues my streak of only having time to understand my clutter problems and not enough time to clean it. But I tried to tie it in to Easter, so my ramblings are at least festive. 🙂

Okay, huge announcement that will affect the daily comic reviews until I have income and can get new comics again. I’ve been struggling with finding comics for the afternoon review since there are so many comics I want to review as a series. Originally I was jumping around my longbox still thinking I would have a job or something else would pay off and I would be able to get new comics again. This has not been the case and it’s getting harder to bypass longer series to fit into a week.

So what I will now do is have two of the chosen reviews a week instead of one. That means two DC reviews on Monday (we’ll thus be finishing Armageddon: The Alien Invasion this week and breeze through Armageddon: Inferno in the next two weeks), two Marvel reviews on Tuesdays (yay more Darkhawk!), I’ll get to Wednesday in a moment since Gamera just ended, two Transformers on Thursday (that will be a chore but if it gets me through Generation Two that much sooner I’ll take the risk), and two Power Rangers reviews on Friday, although we’ll be finishing that off since I only have one more Saban Powerhouse as well as the Turbo Ranger team-up with Beetleborgs Metallix, which I may end up saving for Scanning My Collection after I read it. Don’t worry, we’ll be starting a new TV series in that slot next week but that’s it for Japanese superheroes until I have another opening. Saturday’s will remain one comic per week to give me a break and will continue along the longbox as normal, currently still on the Amalgam comics before our final crossover series, the last part of the Access trilogy.

As for what’s coming up on Wednesday?

Kaiju Force

Someday I want to redraw this. Someday I want the skill to do so.

There is one more member of the Kaiju Force to review. That’s right, Hydra-Ghidorah. No, wait, that’s not right. Oh yeah, believe or not there’s an actual King Kong comic, adapting the original story. I’m missing one issue of this six issue story so I’ll have to start something new there pretty soon, but it’s the last giant monster series I have. But we won’t be done with Japanese giants so soon. I’ll get to that soon enough.

And that’s all the updates for now. Hope you had a happy Easter!
