The Muppets (variety show branch that was sold to Disney) have been making a reappearance thanks to two recent movies. Now Entertainment Weekly‘s Kelly Connolly is reporting that ABC is ordering a pilot for a new Muppet Show series. Personally, I hope they do it. I saw an episode of the show they did for Disney Channel and it didn’t hold up to what the Muppets can do. Maybe being back on the stage will do better.
