With the other men dead, Jack must go on alone to rescue Ann. Denham, just barely escaping the dinosaurs, goes back to the gate for more help. Kong takes out a dinosaur looking to take his prize but in the river a giant snake wants Kong for lunch!
What they got right: The fights between Kong and the T-Rex (or it could be an allosaurus or something) is amazing.
What they got wrong: Well, it’s not exactly wrong, but the fight is all visual, so it speeds up reading a bit and it ends up feeling shorter even though it really isn’t.
Recommendation: I’m still very much enjoying this. Pick this miniseries up, and I hope I’m still writing that when this is over.
