Arrow and The Flash have been doing well for the CW and has formed the shared universe DC is lacking with their other shows and movies. Now in addition to that animated Vixen series, time traveler Rip Hunter is creating another spinoff that will bring in characters (or at least actors) from the other two series plus some new cast members. At least someone seems to know how to do DC TV.
