The livestream was a disaster. Too many technical screw ups. I did get a patron over at Patreon (check out Network Next TV) but it looks like my credit card is going to go to collections and kill my credit score. I had the opportunity to get a lot of my debt forgiven, but there’s no way I’ll have anything by the due date (June 11th) so I’m not in a good shape or mood right now. Having the stream fall apart (and if anything shows up at the end of the video, so did I) isn’t stopping me, but it is going to be a lot of hurt for a very long time. (By the way, links to my Patreon and PayPal donation are over in the sidebar. I need and would appreciate the help.) Still, the comic was half done and even though I didn’t get to show me working on the other half I wasn’t going to toss it out.

In reviewing news: We’re all done with prequel land, so Star Wars Wednesday is going to move to the next series. Based on various events I place the Star Wars Droids and the original adventures by Dark Horse in between the two movie trilogies. Marvel’s “Star Comics” imprint published a series of comics based on the cartoon, and I have a small number of those as well as all of the Dark Horse comics I’ve been able to find. So I’ll be reviewing those in the midnight slot. After than we’re going back in time. Whether or not I’ll finish these to match with the original trilogy-period comics I don’t know. What I do know is that we’re up to Shadows Of The Empire, the only Expanded Universe story that was recognized by Lucasfilm. Whether or not that is still true under Disneyfilm I really don’t know. I’m hoping to get to the novel (which I own) as we get closer to the new movie.

I will have a new video this week, something I didn’t get to finish in time for the stream (although I doubt I would have been able to show it) but it’ll be up early for all Patreon patrons (I plan to do this for every video pilot and new article/comic series before settling them into a new or existing tier). It’s short but I can do a bunch of them and buffer, leading to a goal of a video every Saturday. In the meantime I need to figure out what I’m going to do about ConnectiCon since I can’t afford a hotel room. I’m just too stubborn to give up.
