Their predecessors sent Peter Parker to college and later to the bonds of matrimony. And yet, the current generation of Spider-Writers can’t get over the fact that he graduated high school. So yet again an all-ages Spider-Man comic is sending Peter back to high school. Fine, but you can’t use Gwen, MJ, or Harry because he didn’t meet them until college! You can’t have it both ways, guys! And Gwen wasn’t a scientist in the original continuity so stop making her one in order to lie to people that she was right for Peter when she was just as much a party girl as you claim Mary Jane still is even though she grew out of that after making peace with her father! Finally, when I was introduced to Spider-Man, he was long since out of high school!
