Last week I linked to an article promoting a new Black Panther comic, mentioning that the series has never really stuck around for very long. Well, Ari Green of Four Color Media Monitor brings up some questions about the novelist trying his hand at comic creation and wonders if this is going to be a comic the majority will want to read based on the activist views of Ta-Nehisi Coates as presented in Coates’s novels. I’m a little concerned myself now. How political is Coates going to get? Matt Fraction levels?
