You know what kills being a fan? The fandom. I don’t come down against fans for wanting what they love to be better represented, and there are times I agree, although usually for different reasons. However, they do take the fun out of things and make you not want to admit you’re, for example, a fan of Star Wars seeing how that fandom acts.
