I had to take my dad to have his hand worked on after cutting it, so for once I was the one in the waiting room and my dad was having surgery. And now I have to help him do stuff while he sits there bored and feeling useless. What the #$@#% is with this year? ARGHHH!
However, it’s time to finally get myself together and get back to my unpaid work. Over at The Clutter Reports I made a list of projects I want to do and plan to stick to them. Here at the Spotlight comic reviews are coming back. I hasn’t been nearly as long so I won’t be doing a recap like I did the last hiatus, but I will make sure you remember where we left off in each comic. Meanwhile, Ninjak’s appearances in the Acclaim universe and Wildstorm’s run on Thundercats begins their run this week. Also this week:
Yes, it’s the return of the Art Soundoff challenge. For the third November in a row, Jerzy Drozd and Rob Stenzinger of Lean Into Art challenge comic creators to do a quick podcast, about 5-15 minutes, to discuss something on their mind related to the creation of comics. Once again I will be taking part, with a new v-log posting on weekdays in place of the Morning Article Link. That means tomorrow will be the last one until December. I hope that’s cool with everybody and that you check out all of this year’s participants. That’s all I really have to report, so we’re back in operation. Now if I can just get the video stuff done.
