Get some sleep! lol! But seriously, let’s see if I can give some social media advice. Then again, I don’t know if I’m the one who should be giving advice on that because I really strike out when it comes to online dating sites (another kind of social media). I either get ignored or blocked by women on online dating sites. Guess a guy has to go shirtless to get any attention on those social media locations. Smh………
Try Instagram. You could take pics of your old toys in creative poses. From looking at the Bobakhan site, I have learned there’s actually a whole genre of toy photos. It’s now considered an art form. You certainly have enough classic toys to pull off some interesting pics. That could get you attention. In fact, Bobakhan has even posted some peoples’ toy pics on their Facebook page. Hey….that’s a way to gain some followers from the West Coast.
I can’t remember if you mentioned Linked In in your video. Could that be a way to link up with other creative types?
What about you having a weekly cable access show on the Cable Acccess Channel for your area? On the show, you can discuss comics, toys, cartoons, television, movies, and your various art, writing, and media projects. It could even be a call in show where it’s interactive. Remember that the cable access studio is in the town next door to your town. I know that you’re already mentioned having a tough time scheduling what you’re trying to do now, but perhaps a cable access show could be something to get some more fans within your geographical location. The other thing is that these cable access episodes even get put on youtube so as to gain nationwide and worldwide followers.
Just some various thoughts that came to my mind as I was watching this video.
