I know the Matrix franchise takes place in a computer world but a reboot seems to be an odd choice for a movie that came out only a couple of Presidents ago. And yet The Hollywood Reporters is reporting (duh) that Warner Brothers is looking to reboot the series , and do side stories ala Disney’s Star Wars. Do you need to do a reboot for that?
