I remember sometime in the 1990s seeing a solicit for a Mystery Science Theater 3000 comic book that never came to pass. Unless I dreamed it. Well, it looks like the current folks are trying again with a new MST3K comic announced, riffing public domain comics. (I heard about it but this is the first actual article I’ve seen about it.) I would love to check that out…if someone at Dark Horse is reading and noting I review comics. Hint hint. Wink wink. I also made the comic above if you ever need a gag page. You just need someone who can actually draw real people better.

Possibly, but they can only do public domain comics, unless Dark Horse is willing to put their library through the ringer, which would surprise me.
