In a morning article link I pointed to a story about an upcoming Star Trek anthology show (which may or may not be a response to negative fan reaction about Discovery) and that Patrick Stewart would be returning as Jean-Luc Picard for one of those stories. Now we have video of Stewart’s response and he seems to be really happy about it.
Contrast that to word that Nichelle Nichols, the former Lt. Uhura. Word came out that she may have dementia, a syndrome that hit my recently deceased grandfather. It’s a shame to see this happen to her, even though she doesn’t seem to have it as bad yet. Pray for her, folks.
