Interview with Sean Pertwee, the son of the Third Doctor, whom I was just corrected over on my Tumblr did NOT play the Third Doctor. Tim Treloar, sounds a lot like John Pertwee and as you’ll see so does Pertwee’s son. I thought I read somewhere that he was going to take on his father’s role for a Big Finish production but according to the TARDIS Wiki he said he wouldn’t take on the role because it was his father’s and he wouldn’t feel right. Still a good interview.

BW Media Spotlight 
John Pertwee’s son Sean does have a similar sounding voice. It was interesting to hear how some of these Dr. Who props ended up in the Pertwee home. The John Pertwee era was a memorable one for Doctor Who, one in which came the introduction of Silurians, Sea Devils, and the Master.
