If they aren’t all burned down from rioters and looters by the time we’ve decided the viral plague has lifted enough that we can leave our homes again movie theaters need to figure out how to get people to come back. Granted that’s been a hard enough question before the coronavirus became a household name but Variety is reporting that a plan is in the works to restore faith in movie theaters. Provided they also found a way to deal with the higher prices, really loud riffers, jerks on their phones, and all the other stuff that’s been chasing people away from the theater experience of course.

I wonder when the new Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure movie (where now they’re adults in their 50s) will appear in movie theaters? Originally, the film was supposed to come out this summer. I’m thinking that in 2020, there will be a huge autumn blockbuster movie season instead of the usual summer one.
