The counselor announces he won’t be running for another term and his would-be successor, Benedict, who rants about restoring technology to Echinapolis and the Floating Island to the ground, with the Dark Legion in open site but not arrested on the counselor’s orders. Later, the Legion manages to capture Haven, Knuckles, Julie-Su, and the Dingo general. Spectre and Locke manage to evade capture, and that may be the only chance our heroes have.
What they got right: Is this the threat that finally brings all sides together, an extremist pro-tech group? Would be nice to see.
What they got wrong: I don’t know, I’m kind of done with these guys myself.
What I think overall: I know I didn’t say much in this review, but that’s because I’m just not getting into this series. Maybe it was a better read on a monthly basis, but even at bi-weekly it’s just not keeping me interested and I’m doing this for reviews at this point. Hopefully the next owner will get more out of it than I’m getting.
