I find it harder to believe it doesn’t exist.
Here’s an example of a comic that went in a different direction than I originally laid out but still with the same theme. This started out with Jake and Leon watching TV and seeing an ad for a new show with the Major League Baseball mascots as superheroes. And why not? Both the NBA and NFL have tried to make heroes out of their players or just the concept with original characters. NASCAR has made an attempt or two of their own to set a story around their sport, even one in the future. So I totally believe some curling promotion will try this in the future if they haven’t already.
