I don’t celebrate until I see the changes.
C.B. Cebulski was a talent scout for Marvel but for various reasons his focus was on artists, since writer submissions take longer to read and if they end up using anything resembling a writer’s story they get in trouble. With any luck he’ll bring comic writers back instead of agenda-driven novelists who really don’t like comics. Put them on DC movies and Gotham, where they belong perhaps.
However, I don’t know that Cebulski is going to restore the Spider-Marriage and reverse the whole Mephisto problem. I don’t know that stories like Secret Empire. We’ve been burned before, so hopefully cooler heads will prevail as we see what he actually does with Marvel.
