It’s not a shared universe, but it is a shared creator.
Honestly I did plan to have them find Santa but I didn’t have time to do that story right. So I played to my concept that the reason Santa can exist at the North Pole despite the lack of anything besides ice and water is that he actually lives in a pocket dimension accessible only at the North Pole and only to the chosen. It’s something I plan to explore at some point in the pages of Captain Yuletide, but it left me an out here.
Don’t worry. The last strip in this arc has a happy ending. 🙂
